Although it was assumed that Windows 11 upgrades would be free, Microsoft’s very own health checker that verifies machines meet the requirements for a Windows 11 upgrade has now confirmed it. The company announced in a blog post following its virtual event on Thursday.

All you’ll would want is a PC that meets Windows 11’s minimum system requirements, which are now a 64-bit CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. Windows 11 will be distributed via Windows Update in the same manner that Windows 10 updates have previously been made available.

According to the post, to see if your current Windows 10 PC is eligible for the free upgrade to Windows 11, go to and download the PC Health Check app. In addition, if you purchase a new PC between now and the general release, that computer will be eligible for the free upgrade as well.

Windows 11 will also have a new user interface, a revamped Start menu, performance improvements, and updates to improve multitasking. It even gives you access to Android apps via Amazon’s Appstore.

The new Windows 11 Start menu and user interface is quite similar to those present in Windows 10X. Microsoft was working on improving Windows more user-friendly for dual-screen computers before abandoning the project in favor of Windows 11.

It is simply a fact that the user must have genuine Windows and must have purchased the product key of Windows and must not use a crack or mirror version.
