Vivo is reportedly in the works to launch a 5G-enabled version of the Vivo Y33s that debuted in August last year. Recently, the Vivo Y33s 5G was spotted on the China product library along with renders and key specifications. And now, the device has been spotted on benchmarking site Geekbench, revealing more details.
The upcoming Vivo Y33s 5G has been spotted on the benchmarking site with the model number V2166A. It reveals that the device will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek chipset running at a base speed of 2.0GHz. The chip has Mali-G57 GPU, which further suggests that the Vivo Y33s 5G will be powered by the Dimensity 700 SoC.
The 8GB RAM variant of Vivo Y33s 5G was benchmarked on Geekbench, which has managed to pull off 420 and 1550 points in the single-core and multi-core tests on the Geekbench v5 platform. The device will also come in 4GB and 6GB RAM options, as revealed by the China product library listing.
According to past leaks, the Vivo Y33s 5G will bring a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD panel with 60Hz refresh rate support and a 13MP selfie camera inside the waterdrop notch. Around the back, the device features a dual-camera setup, which includes a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary lens. It has a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. Vivo Y33s 5G is likely to be offered in three memory configurations – 4GB + 12GB, 6GB + 128GB , and 8GB + 128GB. It also has a microSD card slot for up to 1TB additional storage.
