Vivo Y31s revealed via telecom listing

As the handset has now appeared on the China Telecom website with full specifications and photos showing off the hardware, Vivo Y31s 5G might be released soon. The listing also contains the price of the Vivo Y31s. It is an inexpensive model with stripped-down internal hardware from the Vivo Y52s 5G. A waterdrop notch on the front to house the front-facing camera, a special gradient back panel design, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for protection, the handset promotes.

The price listed by Vivo Y31 for the single 6GB/128GB version is RMB 1,798 (around Rs 20,200) and will be on sale From 31 December.

Vivo Y31s specifications

The Vivo Y31s features a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display with a resolution of 2408×1080 pixels. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 chipset, coupled with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB Storage, that can be further expandable by a microSD card. Android 11 OS boots the device, which should be skinned out of the box with either Funtouch OS or OriginOS. Moving to optics, with a 13-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel secondary lens, the Vivo Y31s has a dual-camera system at the rear.

For selfies and video calls, there is an 8-megapixel sensor on the front and a 5000mAh battery with 18W quick-charging support. As stated, for security, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack could be part of the networking features. Since on December 31st, the phone is supposed to reach stores, we should then know if the price and specifications of the Vivo Y31s listed are correct or just placeholders.
