Vivo X70 series debuted in China last week as the company’s latest flagship series. The X70 series includes three phones – Vivo X70, X70 Pro, and X70 Pro+. The company is yet to announce the India launch date for the Vivo X70 series, however, it is rumored to go official in the country in September. Today, the Indian variant of Vivo X70 Pro+ has been spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma on the Google Play Console ahead of the launch.
The Vivo X70 Pro+ Indian variant is identified by the model number V2114, while the Chinese variant carries model number V2145A. In recent weeks, the device has also been spotted on the IMEI database, BIS, and Geekbench, thereby suggesting an imminent India launch. Coming to the Google Play Console listing, it reveals some key specifications of the phone as well as hints that it may soon head to the Indian market.
Vivo X70 Pro+ specifications
The device has a 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,500nits maximum brightness. Snapdragon 888+ SoC is present at the helm which is paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Vivo X70 Pro+ packs a 4,500mAh battery and supports 50W wired charging, 55W wireless charging, and supports 10W reverse wireless charging too.
The phone features a quad camera setup on the back which includes a 50MP Samsung GN1 primary sensor with OIS, a 48MP ultrawide lens with 360° Horizontal Levelling Stabilization, a 12MP Sony IMX663 portrait camera with OIS, and an 8MP telescope lens with 5x optical zoom, 60x digital zoom, and OIS. It has a 32MP selfie shooter. Vivo X70 Pro+ is the company’s first phone to be equipped with Vivo’s self-developed Vivo V1 ISP chip.
