Vivo X70 series is confirmed to launch on September 9 in China. It is most likely to include 3 models – the Vivo X70, the X70 Pro, and the X70 Pro+. In recent weeks, these smartphones have been spotted on various certification websites along with some specifications. Now, the Vivo X70 Pro with model number V2134A has been listed on China’s TENAA certification along with full specifications.
TENAA listing reveals that the phone may come with a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with 2376×1080 pixel FullHD+ resolution. It measures 158.30×73.21×7.99 mm and weighs 185g. The device is listed to have a 2.8GHz octa-core processor, which is most likely the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, suggested by Geekbench and Google Play Console listing. The device may be offered in 8GB / 12GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB / 215GB storage options.
Vivo X70 Pro may come with a quad-camera setup on the back which consists of 50MP + 12MP + 12MP + 8MP sensors. It may have a 32MP shooter on the front. The phone will come pre-installed with Android 11 OS. The Chinese market is likely to get OriginOS skin, while the rest of the world may get Funtouch OS skin. The device may house a 4,380mAh rated capacity battery which should have a typical capacity of 4,500mAh.
In terms of connectivity, the device is likely to support 5G, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi. It was recently spotted on the 3C certification website with 44F fast charging support. Vivo has already confirmed that the upcoming X70 series will be equipped with the company’s self-developed ISP called “Vivo V1”.
