Vivo announced the camera-centric V23 series in India last month. The company introduced two devices in the lineup – Vivo V23 and V23 Pro. Now, the company has officially started teasing the arrival of another V23 series phone. This time it’s the Vivo V23e 5G, which could be the most affordable phone in the lineup. The company has not revealed a launch date yet. But, a reliable tipster Mukul Sharma claims that the launch will take place on February 21 in India.
Vivo announced the arrival of V23e 5G in India through a Tweet, which shows the gold colour option. The device has a triple camera setup on the back, located at the upper-left side. Vivo V23e 5G has already gone official in Thailand in November. So, the design and specifications are not a mystery.

According to a tipster Yogesh Brar, the Vivo V23e 5G will be priced between Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 for the Indian market. The Indian variant of the Vivo V23e 5G is likely to have the same specs sheet as the Thailand model. So, we can expect a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2400 pixels (FullHD+) resolution and 60Hz refresh rate support.
The Vivo V23e 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It features a triple camera setup on the back, which includes a 50MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro lens. The waterdrop notch on the front houses a 44MP selfie snapper.
The Vivo phone is backed by a 4,050mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging. It boots FunTouch OS 12 skin, which is based on Android 11. The device features an under-display fingerprint sensor and has a microSD card slot for additional storage.
