Tecno Spark 7 Pro has finally launched in India after making its debut globally last month. Tecno offers a pocket-friendly smartphone with a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, triple-camera setup at the back arranged vertically. The smartphone also comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and according to the company the smartphone comes with HyperEngine and resource management technology which “creates a faster response and quicker frame rates,”. The smartphone stands out in this price segment due to its design and what it has to offer.

Tecno Spark 7 Pro is priced at Rs. 9,999 for 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage variant and Rs. 10,999 for 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage variant. The company has also announced that there will be “special launch prices” but as of now, there is no information about the prices which the company will eventually sell for. The phone comes in three colors – Alps Blue, Spruce Green, and Magnet Black.

The phone will go on sale from 28th May through Amazon. The company is also offering a 10 percent discount to the buyer if they use an SBI credit card and credit card EMI transactions for a limited time.

Tecno Spark 7 Pro features a 6.6-inch HD+ display (1,600 X 720 pixels resolution) with a 90Hz refresh rate and HyperEngine and resource management technology. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. As for the software, the smartphone comes with Android 11 out of the box which will be based on HiOS 7.5. As for the connectivity feature, the smartphone includes dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a micro USB port. 

As for the cameras, the smartphone houses a vertically oriented triple-camera setup at the back with a 48-megapixel primary lens accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an AI lens. At the front, the smartphone houses an 8-megapixel sensor in the top left hole punch cut out for selfies and video chats. The phone packs a huge 5,000mAh battery with support of fast charging up to 10W which is a disadvantage over the other phones in this price segment, and the smartphone also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
