Tata has officially unveiled the new super app, Tata Neu, for all Android and iOS users. Because of the large range of services available, the new software is being marketed as a super app. Tata Neu strives to meet practically all of your needs, from ordering food to purchasing clothing and even purchasing airline tickets. The new services will make use of Tata Group’s numerous brands, which are already industry leaders in their respective areas.
“The Tata Group is focussed on transforming businesses for the digital world, and in the consumer context, bringing them together into a unified platform that offers an omnichannel experience. Our aim is to make the lives of Indian consumers simpler and easier” said N Chandrasekaran, Tata Sons chairman.

Users will be able to access a variety of services from more than a dozen of the group’s consumer businesses, including fashion, finance, electronics, grocery, hotels, health, tech, and travel.
All The brands collaborating with Neu have a combined consumer base of 120 million users, 2,500 offline stores, and an 80 million app footprint across their digital assets, according to Tata Digital CEO Pratik Pal. In a statement, he also said that with the help of Tata Neu, we will create a highly differentiated consumer platform.
Among the brands available at launch are BigBasket, Tata 1Mg, Tata CLiQ, Croma, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), Tata Play, Westside, Air Asia, Qmin, and coffee chain joint venture Starbucks.
Tata Neu’s SuperApp is already available on both iOS and Android. This app has been on the app store for a week, but it doesn’t work for all users. Initially, Tata only allowed employees to use these services to perform some testing. The app will eventually finish this testing phase and can be downloaded and registered.

One may utilise the points earned in any other loyalty programme from Tata’s consumer brands, with the app also displaying their current loyalty tier.
