Samsung Display displayed the most recent developments in screen technology for different devices at the SID (Society for Information Display) Display Week 2021, which took place from May 17 to 21.
It’s supposed to be a foldable 17-inch tablet and a flexible smartphone with a 7.2-inch screen that can be folded in two places, with the shape resembling the letters Z or S. It is believed that in a specific folding situation, the lower half of the screen will act as a touch keyboard.
Flexible S-Shaped Screen

An S-shaped flexible monitor is seen in particular. This panel has two lines and is made of organic light-emitting diodes (OLED). The consumer will be dealing with a smartphone in the folded state, and a full-fledged tablet computer in the unfolded state.
Samsung Slidable Display

Another unique feature is a foldable panel that measures 17 inches diagonally. Devices fitted with this panel would be able to function as a laptop or tablet. The screen’s aspect ratio is considered to be 4: 3.
17-inch Foldable Display

In addition, Samsung has produced a smartphone pull-out display. A panel of this type will curl within the body of a cellular unit. If required, the user should take it out, giving him access to a wide screen for displaying multimedia materials or operating with several applications at the same time.
Notebook Computers Featuring UPC

Finally, a notebook computer monitor with Under Panel Camera (UPC) technology is displayed. A video conferencing camera is hidden behind such a computer. With this style, you can reduce the width of the upper frame above the display.
