Samsung The Serif 65-Inch Lifestyle TV Launched

Samsung has launched a new 65-inch model in The Serif Lifestyle TV lineup.

Samsung The Serif 65-Inch TV Launched – Samsung has launched a new 65-inch TV in South Korea, The Serif. This TV was previously launched globally and in India with the 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch models. The only thing different about this TV is its size when compared to the previously launched models.

These TVs are designed by world-famous furniture designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. They designed this TV so that it can blend with the furniture and colors in the house. Let’s take a look at the specs and price of The Serif 65-inch TV.

As the name suggests the Serif is a 65-inch QLED TV with 4k resolution and thick bezels. The display is also HDR 10+ certified, HLG (Hybrid log–gamma), FreeSync Premium, and has a 120Hz refresh rate. The TV also features the Tap View function which will play your phone content with the help of NFC, but do keep in mind that this only works with all the Samsung Galaxy phones running Android 8.1 or later.

As for the sound the TV is equipped with a quad-speaker setup with 40W audio output with features like Adaptive Sound, AVA (Active Voice Amplifier), Dolby Digital Plus, and Dialog Enhancement which will provide an immersive sound experience. The ports include four HDMI ports, two USB ports, eARC, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 4.2, and HDMI CEC.

other features include NFC, AirPlay 2, screen mirroring, Alexa, Bixby, Google Assistant, Samsung Health, SmartThings, Microsoft Remote Access with Office 365, and multi-view mode. It also includes a ‘Magic Screen’ feature that will show various content, including all the amazing work done by the Bouroullec brothers, and this feature will also work when the TV is turned off.

Samsung The Serif 65-inch Price

The Serif 65-inch model is priced at KWR 2,790,000 (approx Rs 1.81 lakh), and it is currently available for purchase in South Korea, but we expect a global launch soon. The TV will only be available in white color, unlike the other models that are also available in Blue color.
