Samsung is expected to launch Galaxy S21 FE in October this year. The device is said to have several updated specifications, while the design is pretty much same to the Galaxy S21. Last month, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was spotted on Google Play Console with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chipset. Now, the phone has popped up in a new Google Play Console listing with in-house Exynos processor.
The Galaxy S21 FE has been listed on Google Play Console with Exynos 2100 chipset. It is the most powerful Exynos chip which has 1 x 3GHz Cortex-A78 core + 3 x 2.8GHz Cortex-A78 cores + 4 x 2.2GHz Cortex-A55 cores. Graphics tasks are handled by Mali G78 GPU.
The listing further reveals that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has a 1,080×2,009 pixels FullHD+ display with 480PPI pixel density. The phone has been listed with 8GB RAM, however it may come in more RAM variants. On the software front, it boots Android 11 OS out of the box. The Google Play Console listing reveals the front render. It shows a centered punch-hole cole cutout for the selfie shooter. The device has a flat panel with thin bezels all around. the power button and volume rockers can be seen on the right of the phone.
Past leaks suggest that the Galaxy S21 FE may feature a 32MP + 12MP + 8MP triple rear camera on the back, and a 12MP sensor for selfies and video calling. It is said to have a 4,500mAh battery and is likely to support 25W fast charging. Rumors are that the Galaxy S21 FE will be equipped with Snapdragon 898 SoC for several markets including India, while the rest of the regions will get Exynos 2100 SoC.
