Samsung’s much-awaited smartphone the Galaxy M33 is speculated to release for some time now with earlier reports suggesting that that the device will feature a huge 6000mAh battery. However, in the newest development, the supposed specs of Samsung’s upcoming device have been revealed via a Geekbench listing.
According to a benchmark found on Geekbench v5, the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G with model number SM-M336BU will feature an Exynos 1200 SoC. The SoC has managed to score around 726 points in the single-core department and 1830 points in the multi-core department.

Samsung’s Exynos 1200 is a 5G-enabled Octa-Core SoC built using a 5-nanometer process. The chipset packs six power-efficient cores clocked at 2.00GHz along with the two perfomance cores clocked at 2.40GHz.
The benchmark also revealed that the smartphone has 6GB of RAM and comes with Android 12 out of the box with Samsung’s One UI skin on top of it.
Expected Specifications
Other than the aforementioned information, there isn’t anything else to learn from the certification but the expected specifications of Samsung Galaxy M33 includes the following:
In terms of the camera, we can expect the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G to feature a quad camera setup. This includes one 64MP primary sensor paired with three other secondary sensors—8MP + 5MP + 2MP on the back of the device. On the other hand, the front of the device is equipped with a 13MP snapper for selfies and video calls.
Moreover, the device might not include a 3.5mm headphone jack but will have an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.
