Samsung is on a launching spree, the company is gearing up for the launch of a new series of smartphones. Now, a new Samsung smartphone with the model number SM-E426B has been spotted on Geekbench certification with 6GB of RAM. The company is yet to announce the launch and availability of the device. Samsung Galaxy F42 5G Specifications (Expected)
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy F42 5G has appeared on the Geekbench certification website with model number SM-E426B. The listing reveals a score of 559 points in the single-core test and 1719 points in the multicore test.
Unlike the Galaxy F52 5G, which was powered by an octa-core Qualcomm SM7225 Snapdragon 750G 5G, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F42 5G will settle with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, according to its Geekbench listing. The listing also reveals that the phone is running Android 11 and has 6GB of RAM, even though there are likely to be more RAM options available at launch.
The Samsung Galaxy F42 might feature a 6.6-inch IPS Full HD+ LCD panel. The screen is assumed to feature an AMOLED panel with a high refresh rate. The panel is led by a 48-megapixel module. According to ISB listing, the smartphone could be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 700 SoC coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card. It could be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with up to 15W of fast charging support. As for the connectivity, the smartphone is said to come with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.
