Samsung is gearing up to add a new member to the Galaxy A52 series. It will be the third phone in the lineup after Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52 5G. The phone was rumored to carry model number SM-A528B which has now been confirmed by Bluetooth SIG, first spotted by TheMobileHunt.

The Bluetooth SIG listing reveals that Galaxy A52s 5G also has the model numbers SM-A52B_DS and SM-A528N. Here ‘DS’ means dual sim. It also reveals that the phone supports Bluetooth v5.0. The Galaxy A52s 5G recently got approval from BIS authority, which hints that it may launch in India.

Recently, several leaked renders of the Galaxy A52s 5G popped up on the internet revealing that the company is making no design changes. So, the “s” version is also getting a centered punch-hole selfie camera and a rectangular quad-camera module on the rear side.

The Galaxy A52s recently appeared on benchmarking site Geekbench with Snapdragon 778G SoC, 8GB RAM, and Android 11 OS. According to a report from GalaxyClub, the Galaxy A52s 5G has the same camera specifications as the Galaxy A52 5G. So, the quad-camera setup may include a 64MP primary shooter, a 12MP ultrawide lens, a 5MP macro, and a 5MP depth unit. The punch-hole selfie camera also has the same 32MP sensor. It means that the “s” version will have slightly better performance with no changes to the cameras.

Samsung is yet to announce the launch details of Galaxy A52s 5G. Since the phone has already bagged multiple certifications, we are likely to hear the official announcement anytime soon. Recent reports believe that the Galaxy A52s 5G may cost around €450 (roughly Rs 39,500) for the 128GB storage variant.
