Samsung has reportedly begun work on firmware development for an India-specific variant of the Galaxy A52 5G whose model number is SM-A526B. So far this year, Samsung has launched three smartphones: the Samsung Galaxy A52, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, and the Samsung Galaxy A72. Of these, only the Galaxy A52 5G has not yet been released in India. However, that seems about to change soon.
Specifications of Galaxy A52 5G

The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has a 4,500mAh battery that is rated to provide up to two days of power on a single charge. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port are among the connectivity choices. In addition, the phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G is powered by One UI 3.1, which is built on Android 11. It has a 6.5-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is powered by an octa-core SoC and can support up to 8GB of RAM. On the storage front, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G offers 128GB and 256GB internal storage options, both of which allow microSD card expansion (up to 1TB).
Lastly, coming to the camera, the Samsung Galaxy A2 5G comes with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, along with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro shooter. The Galaxy A52 5G also comes with a 32-megapixel selfie camera at the front with an f/2.2 lens.
Expected Pricing
The 4G variant of the A52 is already available in the subcontinent, with prices starting at INR 26,499. One can expect to pay about INR 5,000 more for the 5G edition, which includes a stronger chipset, a higher refresh rate screen, and, of course, faster wireless networking with built-in future-proofing for when 5G networks are available across India.
