Following the confirmation of the Redmi Note 10S launch, Redmi India also officially teased the Redmi Watch, which will be released alongside the phone on May 13, 2021.
Redmi Watch was released in November of last year in the Chinese market, and it has done quite well due to its looks and low price. Redmi Watch has an IPS LCD of 1,4″ with an Apple Watch square design and 320 x 320-pixel resolution. According to the company, the Redmi Watch is available in the Chinese market with 120 different watch faces. The Redmi Watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters and weighs 35 grams.
According to the specifications, it looks more like a smart fitness band than a full-fledged smartwatch, but it has one feature that smart fitness bands do not have: GPS, which means it can track your fitness mode with better tracking of positioning. It also has a 24×7 cardiac rate monitor that could include the sensor SPO2, which is important in accordance with current standards.
There is no official word on the price of this watch, but we can assume that it will be less than Rs. 4000 INR, as this watch costs around CNY 299 (3300 INR) in China.
