Redmi Note 11 series has been in the rumor mill for a while. Yesterday, it was spotted on Chinese retailer site JD.com, and today, the company officially announced the arrival of the Redmi Note 11 series and a launch date. The Weibo post by Xiaomi reveals that the Redmi Note 11 series will launch on October 28 in China at 7 PM local time.
The launch poster teases some parts of the phone’s design. It confirms that the Redmi Note 11 series phone has a rectangular camera block on the back housing four sensors and an LED flash unit. It has a centrally aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.
At the top, we can see the handset has an IR blaster, a speaker tuned by JBL, a microphone, and a 3.5mm headphone jack cutout. The device has volume rockers and volume buttons on the right side. The power button seems to be equipped with a fingerprint scanner.
Ahead of the launch, a poster revealing key details about the Note 11 series surfaced on Weibo. As per the leaked image, three devices will be under the Redmi Note 11 series – Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro, and Note 11 Pro+. The Pro and Pro+ variants are likely to be offered in three memory configurations – 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB.
According to a Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, the Redmi Note 11 series will come in four color options – Mysterious Black, Shallow Dream Galaxy, Time Quiet Purple, and Misty Forest. According to recent reports, the standard Redmi Note 11 5G packs a 120Hz LCD panel, 50MP primary camera, 13MP selfie camera, and Dimensity 810 chipset. The phone could feature a 5,000mAh with 33W fast charging support.
