The Realme X7 Max 5G India launch date seems just around the corner, and it appears that the phone will be available sooner than anticipated. During the Realme 8 5G launch event, Realme teased the Realme X7 Max 5G. The company did not reveal the name at the time, nor did it mention a launch date. The phone was supposed to be released on May 4th. Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth announced that the company will host its largest launch event to date on May 4th to commemorate the brand’s 3-year anniversary. However, the brand had postponed the event due to the country’s Covid-19 crisis. It appears that the company is finally ready to reveal the phone.

The Realme X7 Max will be the first phone in India to use the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, according to the company’s website. Separately, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth teased the phone’s design, which included the ‘Realme’ and ‘Dare to Leap’ badges as well as a purple colour hue. The back design reveals that the Realme X7 Max is a rebranded Realme GT Neo.

We can assume on the Realme X7 Max’s full specifications as it is a rebranded Realme GT Neo. The Realme GT Neo smartphone was released on March 31, 2021. The phone has a 6.43-inch touchscreen display with a 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The Realme GT Neo is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 octa-core processor. It has a total of 6GB of RAM. The Realme GT Neo is powered by a 4500mAh battery and runs Android 11. The Realme GT Neo is compatible with advanced quick charging.

In terms of cameras, the Realme GT Neo has a 64-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.3 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture on the back. Autofocus is available on the rear camera system. It has a front-facing 16-megapixel camera with an f/2.5 aperture for selfies.

The Realme GT Neo runs Realme UI 2.0, is powered by Android 11, and comes with 128GB of internal storage. The Realme GT Neo is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that takes both Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Realme GT Neo weighs 179.00 grammes and measures 158.50 x 73.30 x 8.40mm (height x width x thickness). It was released in the colours Final Fantasy, Geek Silver, and Hacker Black.

Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G are among the connectivity options on the Realme GT Neo. The phone’s sensors include an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, a gyroscope, a proximity sensor, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
