After nearly a month of teasing and delaying, the Realme X7 Max 5G is finally available in India. It appears to be the company’s flagship smartphone before the Realme GT debuts in India. The X7 Max is the first smartphone to use the 1200 chipset MediaTek Dimensity. A pair of new Smart TVs, the Realme Smart TV 4K, also accompanies the smartphone. The brand celebrates its three-year history in India as well.
Realme Smart TV 4K features
The Realme Smart TV 4K is the newest member of the Realme smart TV series. The new models are aimed at the lower-priced market and do not include SLED display technology. This series is available in two sizes: a 43-inch model and a 50-inch model. The televisions have a bezel-display design.
As standard, the TV supports 4K resolution. Realme has baked Dolby Vision support into the new model – 90 percent DCI-P3 and 83 percent NTSC colors. The TV also includes Realme Chroma Boost technology, which boosts color saturation. It also receives Blue Light safety certification from TUV Rheinland.
Dolby Atmos and DTS audio are also supported. On the TV, there is a 24W quad stereo speaker setup. Realme claims to have improved low-end audio performance.
When it comes to smart TV features, the TV is powered by the Android TV 10 OS. That means you’ll be able to use Google Assistant and Google Play apps. Google Assistant can now be activated by simply saying the phrase “Ok Google” without using the remote controller – this is made possible by a network of far-field microphones. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are pre-installed on the TV.
The TV is equipped with a quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of ROM. WiFi is dual-band, and Bluetooth 5.0 is available. There are two HDMI ports and one HDMI ARC port, as well as two USB ports, an AV port, a tuner, ANT, and LAN port.
