The Chinese smartphone maker Realme has been one of the go-to brands for budget consumers thanks to its Narzo lineup of budget smartphones. However, it looks like Realme’s Narzo lineup of budget smartphones just got its biggest update yet with the launch of its latest Realme 50 which offers many improvements over its predecessors.
Technical Specifications
Starting from the outside, the Realme Narzo 50 features a textured plastic body on its back. Whereas on the front there’s a 6.6-inch LCD panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution, along with support for refresh rate as high as 120Hz which is a huge selling point.
As for its internals, the Realme Narzo 50 features a powerful Helio G96 SoC paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage which can be expanded up to 1TB using a Micro SDcard. Meanwhile, the smartphone is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
When it comes down to the cameras the Realme Narzo 50 has four, the triple camera setup on the rear includes a 50MP primary sensor along with a 2MP portrait and a 2MP macro camera, whereas on the front of the device there’s a 16MP selfie camera. Additionally, the camera also offers a plethora of features such as portrait mode, slow-motion videos, HDR, AI Scene Recognition, AI Beauty, and much more.
Furthermore, last but not least the Realme Narzo 50 will ship with the latest Android 12 operating system with Realme UI 3.0 running on top of it.
Pricing & Availability
When it comes down to pricing and availability, the Realme Narzo 50 will go on sale starting from March 3 and will be available in two RAM and storage configurations. The 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option is priced at Rs 12,999, whereas the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option is priced at Rs 15,999

Additionally, customers will be able to purchase this smartphone in two colour options including Speed Blue and Speed Black as per their preference.
