Realme had launched its Realme GT Neo earlier this year in China. Now its successor, the Realme GT Neo 2, is all set to launch in India. The GT Neo was launched in India as Realme X7 Max. But now that Realme has killed its X series officially, the GT is their flagship series for all countries.
On the 22nd of September Realme GT Neo 2 was launched in China. Today the landing page went live on Realme India’s official website. It confirms that the Realme GT Neo 2 will launch in India within a couple of weeks. Let’s take a look at Realme GT Neo 2 specifications and price.
Realme GT Neo 2 specifications
The Realme GT Neo 2 features a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel. The display also supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
In terms of camera, the device features a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro or depth lens. On the front, it features a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The phone draws its power from the 5000mAh dual cell. It also supports 65W super-dart charging. And probably this will be the first smartphone from BBK’s Oppo to feature this 5000mAH battery and 65W charging combination.
In terms of software, the phone runs on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. The RAM type is LPDDR5 and it has UFS 3.1 storage support.
Realme GT Neo 2 Price (expected)
We can expect that the phone will be priced around 30,000 Rs in India. But already the phone launched in China. So let’s take a look at Chinese pricing. The phone launched in four variants. The base variant 6GB+128GB is priced at Yuan 2399 (approx. Rs 27,000).
The 8GB+128GB variant is priced at Yuan 2499 (approx. Rs 28,500). Yuan 2699 (approx. Rs 30,800) is the price for 8GB+256GB variant. And the highest 12+256GB variant is priced at Yuan 2999 (approx Rs 33,800).
