The Realme GT 5G made its debut in China in March and is currently exclusively available in the region. This may soon change, as Realme prepares to introduce its flagship Realme GT 5G variant in Europe and India.
Thailand’s NBTC website has certified the Realme GT 5G (carrying the model number RMX2202). This indicates that the device has acquired national approval and suggests an upcoming global launch. Furthermore, the official Realme India website just listed the flagship phone, implying an imminent India launch.
While the NBTC listing is short on specifics, known Indian tipster, Sudhanshu Ambhore has disclosed the phone’s specifications and colour variants and the pricing details for the European market. According to the leak, the Realme GT 5G will be offered in two variants and would start at €400. (around Rs. 35,800).

The European variant, as seen in the images, has a CE (Conformité Européenne) designation, a WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment recycling) label, and the manufacturer’s address on the back, making the smartphone lose its clean rear finish.

Pricing and Availability of Realme GT 5G (Expected)
In terms of cost, the tipster claims that the Realme GT 5G will be available in Europe in two variants: 8GB RAM/128GB storage and 12GB RAM/256GB native storage. The models will most likely cost €400 (about Rs 35,800) and €450 (about Rs 40,300). The official pricing details, on the other hand, will be disclosed at the time of launch, which is expected to be in June itself.
The tipster also stated that the phone might be released in two colour variants: blue with a glass back panel and yellow with a vegan leather back.

The Realme GT 5G has a punch-hole cut-out with a visible bottom bezel as well as an in-display fingerprint sensor. It sports a triple camera arrangement on the back. The smartphone has a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixel) Super AMOLED screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will be available in Blue glass back and Yellow vegan leather throughout Europe.
The triple rear camera module includes a 64MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.3) ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro shooter. It sports a 16MP (f/2.5) camera for selfies and video calls.
The Realme GT 5G is equipped with the flagship Snapdragon 888 CPU, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. It runs on the Realme UI 2.0-based Android 11 operating system. The smartphone is fueled by a 4,500mAh battery and supports 65W rapid charging. It supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, a headphone jack, and a Type-C port for communication.
