Realme 9 series has been in the rumour mill for a while now, spilling key details about the phone. While the company is looking for a perfect date to announce the launch details, the Realme 9 Pro 5G has been spotted on various certification sites. It confirms the moniker as well as hints at an imminent launch.
The NBTC listing for Realme 9 Pro 5G confirms that the model number RMX3472 belongs to the device. The same model number has also been spotted on other certifications sites like Russia’s EEC, Indonesia’s TKDN, and India’s BIS. The NBTC listing has confirmed the marketing name. However, the EEC and TKDN listings fail to reveal anything. But, the listings hints that the device will also make its way to the global markets soon.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has confirmed that the Realme 9 series will launch in India in 2022 without revealing any specific launch date. According to leaks, there will be four devices under the series – Realme 9i, Realme 9, Realme 9 Pro 5G, and Realme 9 Pro+ 5G.
There’s not much known about the Realme 9 Pro 5G. But, that’s not the case with Realme 9 Pro+ 5G. It was recently spotted on China’s 3C certification site 65W fast charging support. The phone is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera and a 16MP selfie shooter, likely to be punch-hole style. Rumours are rife that the Realme 9 series could launch in February next year.
