Great news for those who like high-res photos to Tweet! Twitter confirmed that 4K videos on iOS and Android can now be posted and viewed.
In March, Twitter unveiled a new functionality test to upload 4K pictures on Android and iOS. The functionality is now live last week, officially with high-resolution uploads and smartphone views.
The Twitter update of the browser allows high-resolution graphics up to 4096 x 4096 pixels but only half of the software on mobile devices. This is changed in the latest upgrade.
