Poco will soon add a new member to its pocket-friendly M-series, dubbed Poco M4 Pro 5G. It will succeed Poco M3 Pro 5G launched earlier this year in India. While the company has not yet confirmed the arrival of the Poco M4 Pro 5G, the device has already been spotted on various certifications sites, suggesting an imminent launch. Now, it has appeared on benchmarking site Geekbench, detailing some of the key specifications.
The Poco M4 Pro has been benchmarked on Geekbench with model number 21091116AC. It’s the Chinese version, while the global variant carries the model number 21091116AG. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor that has the model number “MT6833P”, which happens to be the Dimensity 700 SoC. The 8GB RAM variant of Poco M4 Pro 5G was listed on Geekbench. Though, there may be a 6GB RAM variant as well.

The handset boots Android 11 OS out of the box and is likely to be flavoured with MIUI 12.5 skin. When tested on Geekbench v5 benchmarking platform, it managed to pull off 603 points and 1,779 points in the single-core and multi-core tests. The device was recently seen on China’s TENAA certification site. As per the listing, the Poco phone will flaunt a 6.6-inch OLED panel with 1080 x 2400 pixels (FullHD+) resolution and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Poco M4 Pro 5G is fueled by a 4900mAh rated capacity battery, which should have a typical capacity of 5000mAh. It supports 33W fast charging, as revealed by the 3C certification. It is said to feature a 50MP triple camera setup on the back. The device has already passed through multiple certifications – EEC, 3C, IMEI, and TENAA. So, we are likely to hear an official announcement anytime soon.
