Poco is working on a new M-series affordable phone dubbed Poco M4 Pro 5G. The device carries model number 21091116AG, whose moniker has now been confirmed by the IMEI Database. The device has also received approval multiple authorities including TENAA, 3C, and EEC. Getting multiple certification hints that Poco might launch the M4 Pro 5G soon.
According to the 3C listing, the new Poco phone supports 33W fast charging. It will be an affordable 5G phone from the brand. Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station reveals that the device will come with a 50MP primary camera. It is tipped to have a punch-hole display with high refresh rate support. The Poco M4 Pro 5G is said to be powered by MediaTek chipset.
Poco is yet to confirm the arrival of a new M-series phone. However, getting multiple certification hints that we are not too far from hearing an official announcement for the device. The Poco M4 Pro 5G has already been listed on China’s TENAA certification, but the listing is not yet updated with full specifications and images. We’ll get to know more about the device, once the listing is filled with details or through leaks.
Poco M4 Pro 5G will launch as a successor to the Poco M3 Pro 5G, which was launched couple of months back. The M3 Pro 5G offers 6.5-inch 90Hz LCD display, Dimensity 700 5G chipset, 48MP triple rear cameras, 8MP selfie shooter, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. Being a successor, the upcoming Poco M4 Pro 5G is likely to offer some upgrades, likely a better chipset and improved cameras.
