OPPO’s Reno 5 series smartphones were launched a few months back and, have been a success and following this success OPPO is reported to be working on the OPPO Reno 6 Pro by Twitter leaker Mukul Sharma aka @Stufflistings, and according to him, he has found the smartphones SIRIM certification and the EEC on Malaysia’s website. If he is to be believed then a launch seems imminent. However, it will first release in china and eventually, it will hit international markets.
This isn’t the first leak about the OPPO Reno 6 Pro on the internet as a few weeks ago there were reports which claimed that the smartphone will come with 65W fast charging which is not a surprise looking at the OPPO’s past product’s. Another report claimed that the smartphone can launch by the end of the month and will start hitting global markets in few months after that.
OPPO Reno 6 Pro Specifications (Rumored)
OPPO Reno 6 Pro is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC or an unannounced SoC which will be a slight upgrade from the previous OPPO Reno 5 Pro which was powered by the Dimensity 1000. Although, the Reno 6 Pro is said to feature the same 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. As for the cameras it is claimed to feature the same system from the Reno 5 series with some software tweaks to give a much better experience to the users. However, the smartphone is said to come with a quad-camera setup with 64-megapixel as its primary lens with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats and, it will have 5G as well.
