Oppo is expected to launch the awaited Find X5 series at the MWC 2022 event, which is scheduled to take place later this month. The company is said to bring three devices under the next Find X5 series – Find X5 Lite, Find X5, and Find X5 Pro. Last month, the Chinese variant of Oppo Find X5 Pro was spotted on the Geekbench and now the Global variant has appeared on the benchmarking site with the model number CPH2305.
As per the Geekbench listing, the Oppo Find X5 Pro will boot Android 12 out of the box with ColorOS skin at the top. It does not explicitly mention the chipset name. But, the chipset code-name “taro”, its cores configurations and speed reveal that it’s the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC powering the Find X5 Pro.

The 12GB RAM variant of the Oppo Find X5 Pro is listed on the benchmarking site, which produced 966 points and 3383 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
According to past leaks and rumours, the Find X5 Pro might sport a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate support and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The device was recently spotted on the 3C certification site with 80W fast charging support. It is said to feature a triple camera setup on the back, which might include a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera with OIS and EIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 13MP telephoto shooter with 2x zoom. We might see a 32MP selfie shooter.

Through a post on Weibo, Oppo teased the arrival of a new phone in partnership with Hasselblad. The post has no mention of the device. But, it’s most likely confirming the arrival of the Find X5 series.
