Oppo Enco Buds India Launch Set for September 8; Will Offer 24 Hours Playback

Oppo Enco Buds will launch in India on September 8, the company announced in a press statement. It will be entry-level truly wireless earbuds that were originally launched back in Thailand in April. Oppo says that the pair of earbuds comes “a smart algorithm that enables Intelligent Call Noise Reduction to isolate your voice from background noise for disturbance-free phone calls.”

Oppo claims that the Enco Buds will offer 24 hours of total playback time with the charging case. It offers 6 hour playback time on a single charge. Each earbud has a total battery capacity of 40mAh, and the charging case has a 400mAh battery. The earbuds have a low latency gaming mode with 80ms latency to offer a smooth gaming experience.

The 8mm dynamic drivers in Oppo Enco Buds have a sensitivity of 100.6 dB and are claimed to deliver heavy bass. These earphones have a frequency range from 20Hz to 20,000Hz. It takes two and a half hours to fully charge the Enco Buds.

As for the connectivity, the earbuds offer Bluetooth v5.2 and a USB Type-C port. It is IP54 certified for dust and water-resistant. The pair of earbuds also supports both AAC and SBC codecs.

Oppo Enco Buds were launched in Thailand priced at TBH 999 (roughly Rs 2,250). We can expect the earbuds to be priced around the same for the Indian market. The specifications mentioned above are taken from the Enco Buds launched in Thailand, and is likely to offer the same set of specifications for the Indian market too.
