Earlier this month, Oppo launched budget-friendly Oppo A55, and now the company has reportedly started working on its successor, Oppo A56 5G. It will be another budget phone from the company, which could launch by the end of this year.
While we were waiting for an official announcement, 91Mobiles managed to uncover the renders and specifications of Oppo A56 5G. Let’s take a look.
Oppo A56 5G Design and Specifications
The leaked render shows the device in Black, Purple, and Blue colour options. It appears to have a flat display with a waterdrop notch style for the selfie camera. Around the back, the A56 has dual rear cameras housed inside the rectangular camera island. The fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power button, which is on the right side of the phone.
Talking about the specifications, the Oppo A56 5G is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The handset will be offered in two memory configurations – 4GB RAM + 128GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage.
The Oppo A56 may come with a 6.52-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch for an 8MP selfie snapper. The dual-camera setup around the back is said to include a 13MP primary shooter and a 2MP secondary sensor for portrait shots. Oppo A56 5G could pack a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging speed. It will boot Android-11 based ColorOS 11.1 skin. Oppo has reportedly managed to keep the weight around 189g and a thickness of 8.4mm.
Oppo has not yet divulged any details about the Oppo A56 5G. We’ll learn more about the device once we get closer to the launch.
