Earlier today, Oppo unveiled budget-friendly Oppo A16, and now, we have come to know that there’s a new budget 4G phone in the pipeline. In January, the Chinese smartphone brand had launched the Oppo A55 5G with MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, 13MP rear cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery. Now, a 4G version of the same device is on the way with upgraded cameras. While we wait for an official announcement, Oppo A55 has been spotted on the NCC Taiwan certification website that reveals its complete design.
The Oppo A55 4G live images reveal that it has a flat display with a punch-hole cutout at the upper-left side for the selfie camera. There’s a rectangular camera module on the back which includes 3 sensors and an LED flash. The camera island confirms that the A55 4G has 50MP primary shooter. The phone appears to have a plastic back. It has a power button on the right which doubles as a fingerprint scanner. The bottom portion has a 3.5mm headphone jack, microphone, USB Type-C port, and the speaker grille.
The battery and power adapter’s live images are also revealed by the NCC listing. It confirms that the Oppo A55 4G supports 18W fast charging and has a 4,980 mAh battery, likely to be marketed as 5,000mAh.
As of now, there is no word from Oppo regarding the launch or availability of the Oppo A55 4G. The device carries model number CPH2325, which was appeared been spotted on multiple certifications. It suggests that we are not far away from the launch.
