OnePlus is Planning to Launch its Own Crypto Wallet

The cryptocurrency market has been booming in recent weeks with many people taking over to begin their crypto investment journey led by fear of missing it. Regardless of the current market condition, major tech giants have been looking to jump into the crypto revolution. Recently, Samsung announced that blockchain users could easily manage and trade their portfolio from third-party wallets on Samsung Galaxy Smartphones.

To recall, there were rumors of Apple entering the cryptocurrency market, as they posted a job listing for a Business Development Manager with experience in Cryptocurrency. Now, OnePlus could join the list as the company is planning to launch its own crypto wallet. OnePlus has posted a survey seeking user’s feedback about their experience, usage, and habits on blockchain technology. Let’s take a look at what the company could offer with its imminent crypto wallet.

The Company has posted a survey through Google Docs, asking users about blockchain technology. The description for the survey states “Hi OnePlus community, as blockchain technology are becoming increasingly popular, the OneLab team are curious to know how our community is engaged with blockchain-related activities. The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes to fill out and we really appreciate your help“.

The survey is divided into 5 parts, where the company asks users to fill in their basic information about their age, gender, and region, following questions related to cryptocurrency about their interest in cryptocurrency like, how long is the user been investing? How often does the user check the prices of currencies?

Second, the company asks users on the platform they use to exchange cryptocurrencies, the device they use for crypto-trading, and the storage portfolio they use (software or hardware portfolio). And finally, the form asked if they have ever purchased a second-hand smartphone and faced any issues with it.

This survey only indicates that the company is planning to launch its own crypto wallet and related apps. Although there is no official word on the release of this wallet yet, we expect the company to reveal more details in near future. Stay tuned!
