OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G has been officially confirmed to launch in India on February 17. The short teaser video posted by OnePlus India on Twitter also reveals the front and rear appearance of the device, while the specifications have surfaced multiple times in the past.

OnePlus Nord series is the company’s popular mid-range smartphone series and the upcoming Nord CE 2 5G will also fall under the mid-range category. The teaser video confirms that the device has a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera at the upper-left portion. The volume rockers can be seen on the left side, while the power button is present on the other side.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G from the teaser video appears to be housing a triple camera setup on the back. Reliable tipster Abhishek Yadav claims that the device will be offered in two memory configurations: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. The 6GB RAM variant will cost Rs 23,999 and the 8GB RAM option will cost Rs 24,999.

The teaser posted by OnePlus does not reveal the specifications of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G. However, past leaks suggest that the device could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. It could feature a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide shooter, and a 2MP sensor. On the front, there could be a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calls.

The upcoming OnePlus Nord series phone is said to pack a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. It could bring a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with FullHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Rumours believe that the Nord CE 2 5G will be the company’s first phone to have a microSD card slot.
