OnePlus Nord 2 – OnePlus is all set to launch its new smartphone from its Nord Series, the OnePlus Nord 2 on 22nd July. OnePlus has already started to create hype about the device by showing off its best features. As the launch is around the corner we are getting a closer look at what to expect from the OnePlus Nord 2.
Today, a Twitter tipster Yogesh has listed the key specifications of the OnePlus Nord 2 ahead of the official launch. Let’s take a look at what to expect from the OnePlus Nord 2.
OnePlus Nord 2 Specifications (Rumored)
OnePlus Nord 2 will feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display will also be HDR10+ certified as previously revealed by OnePlus. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256 internal storage. As for the software the smartphone will run on Oxygen OS 11.3 based on Android 11 out of the box. Furthermore, OnePlus has also promised 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates.
As for the cameras, the smartphone will house a triple-camera setup at the rear with the same 50MP Sony IMX766 primary lens with the support of Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), which is also used in the OnePlus 9 series, along with an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. At the front, the smartphone houses a 32MP Sony IMX616 selfie camera inside the punch-hole cutout and will be protected under the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The smartphone will be backed by a 4,500mAh battery with the support of Wrap Charge 65W fast charging. As for security, the smartphone will have an in-display fingerprint sensor. There is no word about the pricing as of now but stay tuned to find out.
