After weeks of various leaks and teases OnePlus has finally launched the OnePlus Ace along with the OnePlus Buds N in China, just before they make their way to the other markets including India on 28th April in the form of OnePlus 10R and OnePlus Nord Buds.
The OnePlus Ace brings in radical new design changes while also offering flagship level performance with a new MediaTek Dimensity 8000 Max SoC, 120Hz display and much more.
OnePlus Ace Specifications
Starting from the design, for the first time in history of OnePlus smartphones, the OnePlus Ace offers a boxy design with a OnePlus logo engraved on the bottom-right side of the textured rear panel. Meanwhile, the alert slider is also nowhere to be seen, which once was OnePlus’es signature feature.
As for its display, the OnePlus Ace sports a stunning 6.7-inch AMOLED display panel which supports FHD+ (2220x1080px) resolution while running at a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Besides the new radical design changes and a stunning display, the internals of the OnePlus Ace are also very powerful. This includes a new MediaTek Dimensity 8000 Max custom SoC paired with upto 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 4500mAh battery that supports 150W SuperVOOC fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the OnePlus Ace features a triple rear camera setup which consists of a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro sensor. Meanwhile, there’s a 16MP centrally placed punch hole selfie camera on the front of the device.

That said, OnePlus’es top-of-the-line OnePlus Ace will be going on sale in China starting from 26 April and will be available in four different configurations as listed below, with two—Arctic Glow and Sierra Black colourways to choose from.
- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant priced at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 29,600)
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant priced at CNY 2,699 (around Rs 31,900)
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant priced at CNY 2,999 (around Rs 35,400)
- 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant priced at CNY 3,499 (around Rs 41,400)
That said, we expect the upcoming OnePlus 10R; which will be a rebadge version of OnePlus Ace to feature most if not all the features found on the OnePlus Ace.
