After rolling out the February 2022 security update to the OnePlus 9 series, Nord 2, OnePlus has now started rolling out the latest security patch to OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7T, and 7T Pro. The latest OTA update comes with the firmware version OxygenOS 184.108.40.206.
The latest OxygenOS update for the OnePlus 7 and 7T series brings the February 2022 security patch. It includes fixes for numerous vulnerabilities that improve system security and privacy. The update also brings system stability improvements.
OnePlus has already confirmed the devices that are eligible for the Android 12 upgrade. According to the official announcement, the OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7T, and 7T Pro, all are eligible for the next major OS upgrade.
Coming back to the February update for the OnePlus 7 and 7T series, it is rolling out in an incremental fashion, like all other OxygenOS updates. This means that it will reach a limited number of OnePlus 7 and 7T users at first, followed by a broader rollout in the coming days.
