Motorola Moto G51 5G has been in the rumour mill for a while, revealing key details about the phone. Today, the device has passed through Thailand’s NBTC certification, suggesting that the launch might happen anytime soon.

The NBTC listing confirms that the Moto G51 5G carries the model number XT2171-1. The launch date is yet to be announced. However, a recent leak suggested that the Moto G51 5G could launch this month.

The NBTC listing fails to reveal anything about the phone, apart from confirming the moniker. According to a recent leak, the Moto G51 5G will feature a triple camera setup on the back, which might include a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide-depth sensor, and a 2MP shooter. It is said to be equipped with a 13MP selfie camera.

The upcoming Motorola Moto G51 5G was recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset, 4GB RAM, and Android 11 OS. There may be a 6GB RAM variant as well. Motorola XT2171-3, a variant of the XT2171-1, was recently spotted on the 3C certification site with 10W fast charging. So, the device is unlikely to offer fast charging support.

Apart from the Moto G51 5G, the company is reportedly in the works to launch Moto G71 5G. So, there will be at least two new G-series phones from Motorola soon. Hopefully, the company will start teasing the arrival in the coming weeks.
