For the past few weeks, the leaks regarding the upcoming Mi Pad 5 and Mi Pad 5 Pro were hovering online like it might be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G chipset, it might feature IPS LCD Display and a 120hz high refresh rate at last. And now, a piece of new information regarding the upcoming Mi Pad 5 has come out.

Some of the users commented on the Weibo account that it will be an upcoming Redmi or Xiaomi smartphone, but the company says that it’s not an upcoming smartphone while hiding the exact information about it. The Product Director of Xiaomi China, Wang Teng, on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging site captured using an unknown Xiaomi device.

Earlier, Wang Teng, the Product Director of the Chinese tech giant, shared an unidentified Xiaomi device on Weibo. Some of the users commented on the post that it is the upcoming Redmi or Xiaomi smartphone, but the director denied it by replying to the comment that it won’t be an upcoming smartphone, indeed hinting towards the upcoming Mi Pad 5.

Talking about it more, the tablet was recently spotted on a Chinese certification website namely MIIT. The expected list of specifications includes Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G chipset, 120hz IPS LCD Display, Dual rear camera, and a 33W fast charging technology.
