Xiaomi held its Smarter Living 2022 event today where the company announced a bunch of new products including Mi TV 5X, Mi Band 6, and two new laptops – Mi Notebook Pro and Mi Notebook Ultra, and a couple of more AIoT products. Both the new laptops offer 11th Generation Intel processors, high resolution, integrated webcam, and 65W fast charging. As the name suggests, the Mi Notebook Ultra is more on the premium side than the Mi Notebook Pro.
Mi Notebook Pro, Mi Notebook Ultra: Price in India, Availability
The Mi Notebook Pro with Core i5 + 8GB RAM has been priced at Rs 56,999. and the 16GB RAM variant cost Rs 59,999. It also comes in Core i7 + 16GB RAM which is priced at Rs 72,999.
The more premium Mi Notebook Ultra price in India starts at Rs 59,999 for the Core i5 + 8GB RAM variant. The Core i5 + 16GB RAM is priced at Rs 63,999 and the top-tier Core i7 + 16GB RAM variant is priced at at Rs 76,999.
The laptops will go on sale starting August 31 through Mi.com, Amazon India, and offline stores as well. Xiaomi is offering Rs 3,500 cashback on i5 models and Rs 4,500 cashback on i7 models when purchased using an HDFC bank credit card.
Xiaomi Mi Notebook Ultra specifications
The Mi Notebook Ultra has a 15.6-inch display with a 3.2K resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 100% sRGB color gamut, and a 16:10 aspect ratio. It has dual-heat pipes and a large fan for better heat dissipation. The laptop is powered by 11th generation Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors. It has Intel Iris Xe GPU for graphics-related tasks. In terms of connectivity, the laptop supports Bluetooth v5.1 and Wi-Fi 6.
The laptop comes with 8GB/16GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD. It boots Windows 10 and is eligible for Windows 11 upgrade. The Mi Notebook Ultra packs a 70Whr battery and supports 65W fast charging. The battery is claimed to deliver up to 12 hours of screen-on time. The laptop has a fingerprint scanner integrated with the power button and two 2W speakers with DTS audio.
As for the ports, Mi Notebook Ultra offers one Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C port, a USB 2.0 port, a USB 3.2 Gen1, an HDMI port, an additional USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has an integrated 720p HD webcam. Last but not the least, the laptop weighs nearly 1.7 Kgs.

The Mi Notebook Pro offers a 14-inch display with 2.5K resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 100% sRGB color gamut, and 16:10 aspect ratio. It also comes in 11th generation Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processor with Intel Iris Xe GPU. The laptop has a 56WHr battery and supports 65W fast charging. Xiaomi claims that the battery can last up to 11 hours.
