Xiaomi has launched its new power bank in India. The Mi HyperSonic Powerbank comes with a whopping 20,000mAh battery capacity. It can fuel up a 5000mAh battery four times.
The Mi HyperSonic PowerBank is priced at Rs 3,499 and is available via the Crowdfunding program on Xiaomi India’s official Mi store application. Interested users can order the device in Crowdfunding and shipment of the device will start from September 15th. It will be available in a single Matte Black color variant. After the crowdfunding ends, the price will be revised to Rs 4,999. So basically, if you order the device in Crowdfunding, you will get a Rs 1500 discount on retail price.

As for the specifications, the Mi HyperSonic PowerBank comes with a whopping 20,000mAh lithium-ion battery. It can charge a 5000mAh battery four times. Even though it has a large battery capacity, the company doesn’t compromise on charging speed. It can charge the device with a maximum speed of 50W. There are 2X USB Type-A ports and 1X USB Type-C ports. Only a USB Type-C port supports 50W charging speed. You can get a maximum of 15W output from the Type-A port when used both at the same time. When used individually, it can deliver up to 22.5W of output. The Type-C port can also support Power Deliver (PD) 3.0.
One can charge all of its devices, including smart bands, laptops, smartphones, and portable speakers using the power bank. The charging output supports 45W fast charging, using which it can fuel up in around 4 hours. The company claims that it can charge Mi 11X Pro, which can 4500mAh battery in just 1 hour and 05 minutes, and Mi Watch Revolve in 2 hours and 20 minutes. It has 16-layer chip protection built-in and is Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certified.
