Meizu 18X, 18s, and 18s Pro Launch Date Set For September 22

Meizu has scheduled Autumn Product Launch Conference on September 22. At the event, the company will launch Meizu 18s, 18s Pro, and 18X. In addition to the new Meizu 18 series phones, the company will unveil more than 30 products from Flyme, Lipro, and PANDAER. The launch poster does not reveal anything about the Meizu 18X, 18s, and 18s Pro, but thanks to the certification , we now know about the specifications as well as the renders.

The upcoming Meizu 18s and 18s Pro were recently spotted on TENAA certification with their specifications and images. It revealed that the Meizu 18s carries model number M182Q and the Pro model has the model number M192Q.

Meizu 18s Pro’s TENAA listing suggests that it may come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1440×3200 pixels resolution, and a punch-hole cutout for a 44MP selfie camera. It has a 50MP + 32MP + 8MP + 0.3MP quad-camera setup on the back, which is the same as in Meizu 18 Pro. 

Under the hood, it is powered by a 2.95GHz octa-core processor, which could be either Snapdragon 888+ or Dimensity 1200 SoC. The phone is said to be offered in 8GB/12GB RAM options and 128GB/256GB storage options. It is backed by a 4,410mAh rated capacity battery. The device was recently spotted on 3C certification with 36W fast charging support.

Coming to the Meizu 18s TENAA listing, it reveals that the phone has a 6.2-inch AMOLED display with 1440×3200 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 2.95GHz octa-core processor likely to be coupled with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The phone features a 64MP + 16MP + 8MP triple rear cameras and a 20MP front-facing camera. It has a 3,910mAh rated capacity battery. 3C certification suggests that the phone supports 40W fast charging. 

Meizu 18X

The Meizu 18X reportedly carries model number M172Q. It was recently spotted on China’s 3C certification with 30W fast charging support. As of now, there’s not much known about the Meizu 18X. We can expect the company to highlight some key specifications through teasers in the coming days.
