iQOO Z6 4G and Z6 Pro 5G, as scheduled, have been launched in India. So now, the Z6 family consists of three members: iQOO Z6 4G, Z6 5G, and Z6 Pro 5G. The newly announced iQOO Z6 4G and Z6 Pro 5G have a similar design. Though, the camera module on the Pro model is slightly wider.
Both the smartphone features a triple camera setup on the back, an AMOLED screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner, and supports fast charging. The devices also support virtual RAM to improve multitasking and app switching.

The smartphone flaunts a 6.44-inch FullHD+ AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 1300nits of peak brightness. The display is HDR10+, SGS Seamless Certifications, and SGS Eye Care certified. It has slim bezels and a dew-drop to house the selfie camera.
Performance
iQOO Z6 Pro 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset. It’s the fastest phone in the segment, as claimed by the brand. The device has managed to pull off over 550K score on the AnTuTu benchmark. The Qualcomm 778G is an octa-core chipset built on TSMC’s 6nm process. It has 1 Cortex-A78 core clocked at 2.4GHz, 2 Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.2GHz, and 4 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.9GHz. The chipset has Adreno 642L GPU.
The smartphone comes in three memory configurations: 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 12GB + 256GB. It also supports 4GB virtual RAM to boost multitasking.
The smartphone has a 32323 sq mm. liquid cooling area and a 2100 sq. mm vapour chamber for better heat dissipation. iQOO says the cooling system intelligently senses the heat source and effectively cools down the phone and reduces the CPU temperature by 12 degrees. iQOO Z6 Pro 5G also targets gaming users as it is equipped Z-axis linear motor that offers 4G game vibration.

iQOO Z6 Pro 5G features a rectangular camera module on the back. It consists of a 64MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 166-degree field of view, and a 2MP macro camera with a 4cm focal length. It is equipped with a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calls.
Battery & Charging
The iQOO Z6 Pro 5G draws power from a 4,700mAh battery. The battery is claimed to offer up to 17.8 hours of music playback, up to 19.7 hours of YouTube, and up to 7.1 hours of BGMI gaming. The device supports 66W fast charging that can fill up half of the battery in just 18 minutes.

The 4G variant of iQOO Z6 has a different set of specifications from its 5G variant. The device has a 6.44-inch FullHD+ AMOLED screen with a 180Hz touch sampling rate, DCI-P3 colour gamut, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. In fact, it’s the only phone to come with an in-display fingerprint scanner in its price segment.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset is present at the helm of iQOO Z6 4G. It’s a 6nm-based processor with 4 Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and the rest four are Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.8GHz.
The device comes with 8GB RAM, which can be further expanded to 12GB by adding 4GB of virtual RAM. iQOO Z6 4G packs a 5,000mAh battery. The brand claims that it can offer you up to 24.9 hours of music playback and 10.1 hours of BGMI gaming. The device supports 44W fast charging that takes just 27 minutes to reach 50%.

iQOO Z6 4G starts at Rs 14,499, while the Z6 Pro 5G costs Rs 23,999 for the base model. The company is offering 10% savings when purchasing the device using ICICI bank, RBL Bank, and Kotak bank credit/debit cards.
