iQOO will launch two Neo-series smartphones in China today- iQOO Neo5 SE and Neo 5s. Now, It seems like, the brand is gearing up to launch one more phone soon – iQOO U5 5G. Recently, the device appeared on China’s TENAA certification site with key details. Now, we have got our first look at the upcoming iQOO U5 5G, thanks to the listing on the Chinese E-commerce portal JD.com. In addition to renders, the listing reveals key specifications as well.

The flat-looking display of the iQOO U5 5G features a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. Around the back, it has a rectangular camera module that houses dual sensors and an LED flash unit. The right edge of the phone is the home for volume rockers and a power button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner. While on the bottom, it has cutouts for a microphone, a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB Type-C port, and a speaker grille.

The JD listing for iQOO U5 5G reveals official promo images, confirming Snapdragon 695 chipset. It also reveals that the phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery. The iQOO phone supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will be up for pre-order in China from December 24. Probably, it will launch on the same date.

iQOO U5 5G was recently spotted on China’s TENAA certification website with the model number V2165A. It revealed that the phone features 50MP dual rear cameras on the back, whereas the selfie camera is limited to 8MP. The phone is said to be offered in three memory configurations – 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB. It has 18W fast charging support.
