Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is reportedly in the works to bring a new Neo-series phone dubbed iQOO Neo 6. While there is no official announcement yet about the phone, we now have the key specifications coming straight from the Geekbench listing, first spotted by MySmartPrice. The upcoming iQOO Neo 6 will launch as a successor to the Neo 5, released earlier this year.

The iQOO Neo 6 has been spotted on the benchmarking site with the model number V2154A. According to the Geekbench listing, Snapdragon 888 chip, an octa-core processor, will power the iQOO phone. The device is listed with 12GB RAM, though we can expect it to be available in an 8GB RAM option. Depending on the region, it will boot Android 11 out of the box with a layer of OriginOS / Funtouch OS skin.
