iQOO has launched the iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro as its latest flagship phones. The vanilla iQOO 8 is powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC, while the Pro model gets Snapdragon 888+ SoC. In addition to 120W fast wired charging on both models, the Pro model also features 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging support. iQOO 8, iQOO 8 Pro price
iQOO 8 price has been set at CNY 3,799 (roughly Rs 43,600) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The phone also comes in a 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant which has been priced at CNY 4,199 (roughly Rs 48,200).
As for the iQOO 8 Pro, it starts at CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs 57,400) for the 8GB + 256GB storage variant. The phones also comes in 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variants priced at CNY 5,499 (roughly Rs 63,000) and CNY 5,999 (roughly Rs 68,800) respectively.
iQOO 8 Pro specifications

iQOO 8 Pro has a 6.78-inch AMOLED LTPO display with 3200×1440 pixels 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 92.22% screen to body ratio, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a dedicated display chip that helps in SDR to HDR conversion and brings MEMC. Under the hood, it is powered by Snapdragon 888+ SoC coupled with up to 12GB LDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
In terms of optics, the iQOO 8 Pro features a triple rear camera setup which includes a 50MP Sony IMX766V sensor, a 48MP Sony IMX598 ultra-wide lens with a 114-degree field of view, and a 16MP portrait camera. It has a 16MP front-facing camera housed inside a punch-hole cutout.

iQOO 8 Pro packs a 4,500mAh battery which is split into two parts to reduce heat. It supports 120W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The phone features an in-display fingerprint scanner. Connectivity features include – 5G (10 bands), Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, OTG, WLAN 2.4/5.1GHz, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The iQOO 8 Pro boots Android-11 based OriginOS 1.0 for iQOO.

The device is built around a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with 2376×1080 pixels FullHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a 19.8:9 aspect ratio. It also has an additional display chipset for SDR to HDR and MEMC features. Unlike the Pro model, the vanilla iQOO 8 gets Snapdragon 888 chipset coupled with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
iQOO 8 features a triple camera setup on the back which consists of a 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 120-degree field of view, and a 13-megapixel portrait lens. For selfies and video calling, it has a 16-megapixel punch-hole style front-facing camera.
The smartphone boots Android-11 based OriginOS 1.0 for iQOO. It features an in-display fingerprint scanner for additional security. iQOO 8 also uses dual-cell technology with each cell having a 2175mAh capacity, giving a total battery capacity of 4,350mAh.
