- Open your Google Doc
- Go to ‘Insert’ on the toolbar
- Select ‘Drawing’ and then click on ‘ + New’ from the pop-up menu
- Open Google Slides in another tab
- Go to ‘Insert’ on the toolbar
- Select ‘Video’ from the pop-up menu
- Insert the link of the video you wish to embed in the provided space and click on the Search icon
- Click on the video and then click ‘Select’
- Copy the embedded video from the slide
- Go back to the Google Doc tab
- Paste the embedded video in the Drawing
- Select ‘Save and Close’
