How to Connect Bluetooth Headphones to TV with One Easy Technique

Connect your Fire TV or Apple TV with your Bluetooth headphones and get going with a movie marathon.

Smart TVs have gone really smart. You can count them as a smartphone, but with a bigger and heavier screen display. If you’re really keen on watching your favourite web series, movies or songs on the TV, you can elevate the experience using wireless headphones. There are dedicated sets of headphones to enjoy watching your TV and take advantage of enjoying the audio alone!

Gone are the days you’d be disturbing your other while working or your kids from taking a peaceful nap. This feature also comes in handy if you want to pair Bluetooth speakers to a monitor to watch Fire TV. 

Step 1: 

Put your Bluetooth headphones on pairing mode. 

Step 2: 

Turn on the TV, monitor or projected on with Fire TV is connected. 

Step 3:  

Once you see the Fire TV menu, go to Settings > Controllers and Bluetooth Devices > Other Bluetooth Devices.

Step 4: 

Wait for the wireless headphone device’s name to appear in the list of Discovered Devices. Once the name comes up, select it and wait for the process of pairing to get completed.

Step 5: 

Similarly, if you want to disable the connection, turn off the Bluetooth device.

Like any other Android TV, you can connect Bluetooth headphones to an Apple TV as well. If you haven’t already tried to do it, pick your headphones and turn on the TV. Then, follow these easy steps to set up the connection. 

Step 1: 

Put your Bluetooth headphones on pairing mode. 

Step 2: 

Go to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Bluetooth.

Step 3: 

Wait for the wireless headphone device’s name to appear on the screen.

Step 4: 

Select the name to pair it.
