Honor X9 has been launched as a successor to the Honor X8, which was announced earlier this month. The newly-announced Honor X9 brings a large display with a high refresh rate, a better chipset, and a big battery. It’s nothing but a rebranded version of Honor X30, which went official in China last year. Let’s now get more into what the Honor X9 has to offer in terms of price and specifications.
Honor X9 price, availability
Honor X9 pricing details are yet to be announced by the company. However, it is confirmed to come in three colour options: Midnight Black, Titanium Silver, and Ocean Blue. The device has been launched in Malaysia. And, the brand has not detailed its plans for expanding the Honor X9 to other regions.

The smartphone boasts a 6.81-inch IPS LCD panel with a FullHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2388 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a centred punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Honor X9 boots Android 11 with Magic UI 4.2 custom skin at the top. It features a circular camera module on the back that includes a 48MP primary shooter, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there’s a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calls. The new Honor smartphone packs a 4,800mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging.
The device is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports face unlock too. Connectivity features include 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
