After silently revealing the design and specifications of the Honor X7, Honor X8, and Honor X9 5G earlier this month. Honor has finally launched its new mid-ranger the Honor X7 in Malaysia. It offers numerous features including a large display, Snapdragon 680 SoC, a 48-megapixel quad-camera setup and much more as listed below:
Technical Specifications
Starting from the outside the front of the Honor X7 features a 6.74-inch 69Hz LCD panel accompanied by an 8-megapixel selfie camera that is housed in a waterdrop notch.
Whereas on the back, the device features a quad-camera setup which is housed in a pill-shaped camera bump that is reminiscent of the Honor 50 SE. As for the camera sensors used there’s a 48-megapixel primary and a 5-megapixel wide-angle sensor paired with two 2-megapixel secondary sensors.
Coming to the inside the Honor X7 features a Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of built-in storage, and a dedicated slot for adding a microSD card all powered by a huge 5,000mAh battery that supports charging speeds up to 22.5W.
Meanwhile, the phone also offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock for improved security along with the usual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Pricing & Availability
As for its availability, the new Honor X7 will be limited to the Malaysian market for the time being, whereas Honor is yet to release information about its pricing. Besides that, the new Honor X7 will be available in two colours to choose from including Ocean Blue and Titanium Silver.
