Earlier this month, Honor released Play 6T and Play 6T Pro. Both are mid-range phones that come with a 90Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity processor and fast charging support. Now the company has another Honor Play series phone in the works, which has now passed through the TENAA certification. The device carries model number VNE-AN00 and the listing reveals its full specifications.
The new Honor phone has been spotted on the TENAA certification site with the VNE-AN00 model number. The listing does not reveal its marketing name. However, according to a reliable Chinese tipster WHYLAB, the model number belongs to the Honor Play 30.

Honor Play 30 TENAA specifications
As per the TENAA listing, the Honor VNE-AN00 supports 5G connectivity. It has a 6.51-inch LCD screen with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core processor. The chipset name is currently unknown. The phone could be offered in 4GB/6GB/8GB/12GB RAM variants along with 64GB/128GB/256GB storage. Also, it supports a microSD card for adding up to 512GB of additional storage.

The Honor Play 30 is listed on TENAA with dual cameras on the back. It includes a 13MP primary camera and an 8MP secondary camera. On the front, there is a 5MP snapper for selfies and video calls. The device is backed by a 4,900mAh rated battery. According to the Chinese tipster, the Honor Play 30 will come with 10W standard charging support. The handset measures 163.66 x 75.13 x 8.68mm and weighs 194g.
As of now, there’s no word from Honor regarding the launch of Play 30. Since the device has started popping up on certification sites, we are likely to hear an official announcement in the coming weeks.
